I just uploaded some pictures, actually tons of pictures, to the site. You can get there by clicking on the HOTLINK ON THE RIGHT. When you get there, click on photos. Then you will see the albums.
They are labeled by date. Someone, a long time ago, asked if I could do that. Finally, I can.
So the new albums are called:
4 17 posted Kobe, Japan
4 17 uploaded Yokahama, Japan
I guess I should pick one, either posted or uploaded. I’ll think about it.
We have already visited Hagodate, Japan. It SNOWED the entire time we were there. We took a guided trip that was provided by the travel agent we booked through. We saw a monastery, but couldn’t go in. We went up a tower and looked down at a 5 star shaped fort that is now a park. No one was in the snowy park. You might have noticed there were tons of cherry blossoms in the previous ports. There are none in Hagodate. There will be in a month.
We had lunch in a fancy hotel that served western style food. No fun there. Then we went to a museum. The museum was about the native people of Japan. They were run out of the country, mostly, or made to conform.
That was pretty difficult, since they were lighter skinned, taller and had much more hair than the peoples who became the Japanese. The museum was the highlight of the trip.
We then went to a shopping mall. Arleen wanted to buy more squished squid. Actually, last time it was squished octopus, but here they have lots of squid. We were finally able to get someone to understand her sign language. When we got off the bus to go to the mall, it had stopped snowing and the sun had come out. It was quite pleasant. So, we both left our coats and hats on the bus. Needless to say, as we went from building to building, is snowed and blew like crazy. We had to go between buildings because the mall is housed in the old warehouse buildings from the heyday of fishing. It houses some pretty pricey stores.
We did have fun. I will post the pictures on the next post. Just wanted to update you, since I can and tell you about the extra pictures.

You said you had to get up in the middle of the night to see how "Tiger" was doing. Who's Tiger?
