OUR CABIN

January 3

Our Cabin.  We do not have a balcony this trip.  The upgrade costs too much.  This ship only has a limited amount of balcony cabins.  The Pacific Princess, the on we were on for our last world cruise, had lots of balcony cabins.  So, were are making due with a dirty window.

The view out our window in this picture, is the inside wall of the Panama Canal lock.  This was taken before they raised us up to the next level of the locks.

The two twin beds were put together to make a queen sized bed.  Luckily, the bed is very comfortable.  Actually, it may not be a good thing, since we are having trouble getting up in the morning ;)

As to storage, we never think we will get all our stuff into the space, but we did.  Amazing.  The only problem we are having is we don’t always remember where we stuffed stuff.  So far we have found everything we need.

As you can see, we have a bathtub.  I guess that is a plus.  We have only used the shower so far, but who knows.

So this is our home for the next 4 months.  Small but comfy.
